Summary[]

The next machine in line following Pachinko Slot KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World!, this game shifting much of the spotlight from Kazuma onto Aqua compared to the prior release, focuses on elements appearing in the first season of the anime, with such plot events occurring in the regular playing as well as the "Quest Zone" and "KonoSuba Time", which are accompanied by anime footages from the television series or originally produced for the game.

Main Characters[]

Gameplay[]

Players start the game by buying a number of virtual pachinko coins and pressing the "Max Bet" button to expend them for a game, before pulling the lever for making the reels at the bottom centre of the screen start spinning. As events, challenges, bonuses, and other minigames pop up, the player needs to press corresponding buttons to stop a certain reel's spin in hopes the desired symbol on the reel gets displayed, in addition to the Push button or the direction buttons too for some instances. Reel symbols include the black bar denoting the game title, watermelon, cherries, bell, replay fan, chance fan, Aqua 7, Megumin 7, Darkness 7. Upon scoring successfully, the player will be rewarded with coins, and in some cases with minigames that mean more bonuses.

The game cycle starts off with anime footages of scenes in the opening and ending.

  • Regular Play: During regular play where the display shifts between anime scenes set in the stages City of Axel, mansion, Guild, and divine realm, the player can stop reel spins for coin rewards that may be accompanied by corresponding footages, which include Darkness cutting firewood, Aqua burning Kazuma's jersey, Kazuma burning Aqua's hagoromo, Aqua performing Nature's Beauty, Aqua detecting Ghosts, Aqua's bubbly whispering, shopping at Wiz's Shop, Yunyun challenging Megumin, Chris Stealing Kazuma's purse, Aqua beckoning Kazuma, Megumin and Darkness' boardgame match.
At times options may appear on the display which can be selected by achieving the required combinations of the symbols after a reel stop, while special combinations may reward the player with a chance to proceed the game into the "Petite Replay Time", various consecutive footages, or the "Succubus Chance" and "Steal Challenge".
When chance footages depicting the Succubi, Beldia the Dullahan, Mitsurugi, Useless Goddess Roulette, Lady Eris' praying, Destroyer's advance are playing, the player can increase the chances of bonuses, while successfully achieving a certain combination of symbols in the consecutive footages involving Create Water, Kazuma's construction job, him versus Mitsurugi, "Cloth Stealing Tournament", the girls versus Kazuma who is defending the Newbie Succubus, Aqua summoning a hot spring may reward bonuses to the player.
    • Succubus Challenge: Possibly pops out after a certain combination of symbols, where the desired selections in the hearts surrounding the Receptionist Succubus may be scored with the correct symbol combination, including those that rewards the "Premium Bonus" or directly leads to the "KonoSuba Time".
    • Steal Challenge: Possibly pops out after a certain combination of symbols, and a successful Steal depending on the subsequent symbol combination achieved can either get the player into the "Chance Roll" or the "Bonus" phase.
    • KonoSuba Title: At times small popups corresponding to each hiragana of the KonoSuba title will appear on the display to play footages, and achieving certain combinations of symbols will let the player collect that hiragana into an inventory at the bottom of the display. Once all four hiragana are assembled, the player may be rewarded with bonuses.
  • Chance Roll: If certain combinations of symbols are achieved after a reel stop during "Regular Play" or "KonoSuba Time", there is an chance that subsequent reel stops that achieve the required combinations can advance the game into the "Petite Replay Time", while failed reels stops will instead start the various consecutive footages.
  • Petite Replay Time: Depending on whether this phase is entered from the "Regular Play" or the "KonoSuba Time" phases, different stages may show up, in which the player has to achieve in 8 spins the required combinations of symbols in order to receive rewards and/or increase probability of advancing to the "Bonus" phase.
Players advancing from the "Regular Play" will play in specially designed stages such as Aqua increasing the probability of advancing (may even start preaching the teachings of the Axis Order), emergency quest against the Dullahan, Eris increasing the probability of advancing, and emergency quest against the Destroyer.
Players advancing from the "KonoSuba Time" will play in a stage from the "Quest Zone" with displays much like in the prior release if they had been playing in the "Super KonoSuba World" or "Normal Mode", and if playing in the "Heroine Time" the stage will become the "Bath Zone" also following similar styles as in the previous machine.
  • Bonus: Depending on the combination of symbols previously achieved, the player can enter this phase for "Regular Bonus" or "Big Bonus", with the latter offering more rewards. Continuously achieving the required combinations can keep the player in this phase, but failure may land them back into the "Regular Play" or the "KonoSuba Time".
Usually the reels can be stopped in whatever order the player wants, but at times a white mist effect may surround the reels, at which the reels must be stopped from the right to left. And during "JAC IN" the reels will need to be stopped in the order indicated by numbers appearing above them.
    • Regular Bonus: Generally displays the introductions of the main characters, including Kazuma, Goddess Aqua, Megumin, Darkness, Wiz, Yunyun, Chris, Eris, Luna, Ruffian, and Beldia.
    • Big Bonus: Generally displays the anime opening video while the player has to stop reels from the left to right, and achieving the right combinations of symbols can earn the player the plush dolls of the six heroines plus the Newbie Succubus, which can be collected up to six of them at the bottom of the display. Depending on the set of dolls collected in the inventory, some of them piled up together in various combinations atop one single base, different cut-in graphics as well as the corresponding bonuses can be rewarded.
    • Premium Bonus: Generally showing up while in the "Bonus" phase, it may be the "Useless Goddess Bonus" starring Aqua if entered from the "Regular Bonus", or the "Real Goddess Bonus" starring Eris if entered from the "Big Bonus".
  • KonoSuba Time: The "Assist Time" phase of this game, it allows the player to choose between three different modes, which sport distinct stages of 30 spins each with varying requirements and rewards. Achieving specific combinations of symbols, sometimes stopping the reels in the order required by numbers that appear above them, can also allow entry into the "Bonus" phase or even the "Premium Bonus".
    • Super KonoSuba World: Depending on the subsequent symbol combinations achieved, the player may go through quests where Kazuma has to run through obstacle courses for bonuses in stages including grassland, snowy mountain, lake, mansion, forest, cave, town, and divine realm before fighting a boss battle.
    • Heroine Time: Selecting the heroine for centring upon through a reel spin, following which she may at times spin a coin throughout the phase, the player depending on the subsequent symbol combinations achieved, can try to gain her favour at games in the "Bath Zone", or have her appease Kazuma in the "Choker Challenge" similar to the prior release, sometimes with the accompaniment of other heroines.
    • Regular Mode: Depending on the subsequent symbol combinations achieved, the player may play through anime footaged quests against Brutal Alligators, Cabbages, Ghost Dolls, Winter Shogun, and Giant Toads like in the previous machine, or the consecutive footage events from the "Regular Play" with slight variations.
