Adamantropods (アダマンマイマイ) are giant snails growing adamantite shells.[1]

Adamantropods look like giant grey snails with rocky looking shells.
Overview[]
Adamantropods are frequently seen out feeding on crops during the rainy season, but because of their hard shells they are basically immune to physical attacks. The droppings that they leave behind are the material that people came to call adamantite.
