A Long Onion for These Various Symptoms of Cold! (この風邪の諸症状に長ネギを！, Kono Kaze no Shoshōjō ni Naganegi wo!) is the sixteenth chapter of the KonoSuba Comic Anthology manga series, and was illustrated by Ozaki Yuusuke.
Summary[]
One night, Darkness lays suffering in bed at the mansion with a persisting temperature. She however asks Kazuma who is taking care of her beside the bed to go rest, now that Megumin who had been attending to her is dozing off adjacent to the door.
Kazuma though assures her of the temperature going down once Aqua returns with a long onion, which isn't for eating but to be inserted into her butt. The overjoyed Darkness proceeds to fantasize about Kazuma subjecting her to a perverted play while she is weak and helpless, even when he explains it to be simply a treatment method.
Aqua then bursts in with a struggling long onion, which Darkness notices in joy to be quite thick, making Kazuma turn towards her in exasperation and show his back to the door. Yet as Aqua dashes towards the bed, she trips over the sleeping Megumin, and thus hurtles forward in a pose that squarely aims the long onion at Kazuma's butt.
The following day at breakfast, Darkness is congratulated by a cheery Aqua over her recovering naturally from the cold, although she feels that it's a shame she didn't take it from behind. Meanwhile, Kazuma who got infected with the cold lays face-first on his bed with the long onion still sticking out of his butt, as he tearfully laments this butt of an ending.
