After Kazuma found himself in heavy debt again,[2] and looked to the stupendous prize offered for the champion of the national dancer contest as a way out, Aqua who was also dazzled by the potential fortune decided to form a dancer unit herself alongside Megumin and Darkness, taking their individual characteristics for the naming. Used as an insurance by Kazuma in case his wager on Axel Hearts didn't work out, he allowed them to compete in the Axel regional tournament, where they managed to advance pass a number of tests, though they were eventually disqualified at the intelligence test thanks to Aqua.[3]
Despite seemingly forgotten, the band was afterwards reassembled for the 800 Day Celebration event.[4]
