Gun Falcon DX (ガンファルコンDX) was a robot golem stationed inside the Underground Research Facility Ruins.[1]
Appearance[]
Gun Falcon DX looks like an orange and grey coloured robot based off various Japanese robot anime, large enough to stand over six people tall, with cannons fitted at the end of each hand.
History[]
Gun Falcon DX was posted to stand guard in the lowest level of the facility where the magical stone was hidden, and attacked Kazuma and his party when they ventured deep into the facility during their search for the magical stone. Despite the protests of Megumin who got infatuated with its design, the party retaliated and badly damaged the golem, causing it to activate Code BX.
Variations[]
- Super Gun Falcon DX (スーパーガンファルコンDX): A powered-up version that is spawned in the secret super tribulation room of the Island in the Sky.[2]
Abilities[]
- Flame Cannon (フレイムキャノン): Shoots a jet of flame from its arm at an enemy.
- Blizzard Cannon (ブリザードキャノン): Shoots blocks of ice from its arm at an enemy.
- Code BX (コードBX): Shuts down as it splits open its head and torso to allow Gun Falcon BX to step out.
Trivia[]
- Its name was based off the G-Falcon and the Gundam Double X from the Mobile Suit Gundam series.
- Its design was based off the ZAKU mobile suits from the Mobile Suit Gundam series.
