The kingdom employed the Head Researcher to create various weapons for fighting against the Devil King, including the Mobile Fortress Destroyer, the Crimson Demons, and the Mad Bomber Moguninnin. It was the first country destroyed when the Destroyer went on the rampage in its royal capital.

While in the anime, the Head Researcher could create things with his mind,[2] this was not mentioned in the Light Novel, implying that the Kingdom of Noise had the technological capabilities to create things like the Destroyer or Moguninnin.
Subsequent to its destruction, parts of its territories, such as the Crimson Demon Village, where an old research facility belonging to Noise still stands, appeared to have been annexed by neighbouring countries, like Belzerg.
