Beldia proceeds to cut Kazuma down, only for Darkness to timely tackle and then restrain the Dullahan from behind. Kazuma then asks for other Thieves' help to Steal Beldia's sword, yet it ends in them failing and Beldia breaking loose as Darkness is thrown to the ground.
Just as Beldia is about to behead Darkness, Kazuma remembering that Undeads are vulnerable to water starts Creating Water with the other mages. Since Beldia dodges all the water, at Kazuma's persuasion Aqua casts Sacred Create Water, summoning a powerful flood through the town.
Kazuma afterwards Steals from the weakened Beldia his head for playing soccer with while Darkness hacks at the Dullahan, following which Aqua purifies Beldia using Sacred Turn Undead. Darkness subsequently prays for the slain adventurers, only to find out to her embarrassment that they had already been Resurrected by Aqua.
The following day at the Guild where his party and other adventurers are drinking in celebration, Kazuma finds out that his party is awarded a special reward for defeating Beldia. Yet the receptionist lady then informs him of how they also have to pay for the flood damages to the town, which ends up plunging them into heavy debt, reigniting Kazuma's determination to defeat the Demon King so he can escape this world.
