Summary[]

After Kazuma greets Yunyun, he buys some kebabs from the stall owner who talks about strange monsters that grabs onto people before detonating appearing around the town, with Yunyun soon following suit. Later thinking about the still-absent Darkness as he eats the kebabs, Kazuma wonders if she is imprisoned by Alderp.

Catching sight of a shooting store where customers shoot arrows to win toys, Yunyun tries to play with no luck. Kazuma accordingly steps up and Dead-Eyes a stuffed toy of the General Winter for her, though he has to pay extra for using his Skills.

The two of them afterwards see a stall where people pay to attempt breaking a lump of Adamantite for winning a stupendous monetary prize, a feat that Yunyun admits is impossible for her as other challengers fail. Megumin then steps up to take the challenge, only to be held down by Kazuma and several other adventures as they warn the stall owner to pack up and flee before she blows him to cinders.

After listening to Megumin's grumblings on the matter, Kazuma invites Yunyun to walk with them. Yunyun initially refuses, citing that she is only there to challenge Megumin, only to be tailed by the pair who watches how lonely she is, something Kazuma realises is the result of her being the only person of her clan with common sense. Later Yunyun wants to challenge Megumin on adulthood based on body development, but Megumin brings up how she had already bathed with Kazuma, causing Yunyun to tearfully run off in another defeat.

Back at their mansion, Kazuma pesters Aqua into giving him space on the big couch without luck. As the party talks about Darkness who still hasn't returned, an unfamiliar noblewoman bursts in, who turns out to be Darkness in her heiress dress.

Explaining to her companions that Alderp didn't do anything weird to her, Darkness shows them a portrait of a handsome man, and confesses her real identity as Dustiness Ford Lalatina, the daughter of the kingdom's right hand advisor. Once Aqua and Kazuma get over their respective excitement and amusement on the revelation, Darkness elaborates about Alderp requesting her to marry his son. Her father though, being rather fond of the son, agrees to the marriage despite the protests of Darkness who fantasizes about being ravaged by the Demon King's minions, and arranged for a marriage interview later that day.

Kazuma however realises that with Darkness married off, he can finally get rid of the incompetent Crusader, so when Darkness asks for his to help stop the marriage, Kazuma rips the son's portrait in excitement. Next he suggests Darkness to accept the marriage interview with the son which they will then ruin, when his true intention is to help seal the marriage.
