May I Give Thanks for These Wonderful Boobs! (この素晴らしい巨乳に感謝を！, Kono Subarashii Kyonyū ni Kansha wo!) is the forty-ninth chapter of the KonoSuba manga series, and covers Chapter 4 in Volume 5 of the light novels.
Summary[]
As alarms about the Demon King's Army attacking sound all over the village, Yuiyui hurriedly lets Megumin and Kazuma out, advising him to find somewhere safe even though the other villagers already have the attack on the village centre brought under control. Expecting a monster or two to escape their way, Kazuma proceeds to flee the village by himself during the confusion, only to run into a retreating Sylvia.
Pretending again to be Mitsurugi, Kazuma tries to scare the injured Demon King's General off with bluffs but to no avail, so he cuts at her with a sneak attack only to be easily blocked. Megumin who had used the toilet then shows up to spill the beans on him not being Mitsurugi, so once Aqua and Darkness also arrive, Kazuma gets grabbed by Sylvia into her chest as a hostage. This doesn't stop Aqua from hitting her with Sacred Exorcism that only harms Devils, though being a Growth Chimera Sylvia is only partially affected.
Sylvia proceeds to Bind Kazuma onto her so that she can take him as she flees, while Kazuma finds himself quite happy resting his head between Sylvia's breasts. He then blackmails his companions into apologising to him for their regular troublemaking with the threat of defecting, before proposing Darkness to dress up as a sexy maid and perform all kinds of lewd requests for earning his forgiveness. Yet Kazuma is abruptly shocked when Sylvia, who starts becoming fond of him, lets slip that she is actually a hermaphrodite.

Differences to other versions[]
- In the light novel, the part where Yuiyui lets Kazuma and Megumin out has less detail, and Kazuma charges out of the house with Megumin on his heels because he is furious over Sylvia ruining his happy time, then after telling the wakened Aqua to go wake Hyoizaburoo up, throws his bag instead of his sheath at Sylvia before attempting a surprise attack.
- Sylvia in the light novel Binds Kazuma to her soon after she blocks his sword slash, and becomes amused by his excited exhaling in her cleavage while Aqua demands his release, before the Growth Chimera gets hit by the goddess' Sacred Exorcism.
