Synopsis[]
Darkness departs the mansion leaving behind a note. Not satisfied by a single note, Kazuma, Aqua, and Megumin protest in front of the Dustiness manor but are rudely turned away. Kazuma, frustrated with everything, is approached by Dust who needs his help.
Plot[]
Kazuma brings Aqua and Megumin to the gates of the Dustiness manor protesting Darkness' resignation from their party, following which Aqua tries bribing Hagen who asks them to leave but to no avail, before the trio are forced to run when guards are called on them.
Back at their mansion, Aqua who continues to warm Emperor Zel's egg teases Kazuma over him believing Vanir's earlier advice and trying to design more products to help Darkness. Later on his way to the Guild, Kazuma is criticised by the trailing Megumin because he plans to recruit a new member for replacing Darkness. Kazuma thus offers to pay the nagging Megumin into returning home, yet Megumin insists on taking part in the member selection, which results in them unable to recruit anybody due to her purposefully boasting her bad reputation as a crazy explosion girl.
Dust suddenly comes frantically looking for Kazuma's because he had discovered the awful news of Rin having a boyfriend, and citing how hard it is to see a female party member going off with some unknown guy, elucidates that after stalking Rin because she seemed to be acting cold towards him, found her frequently entering an inn with an unknown man, and thus begs the troubled Kazuma to help him investigate the guy.
Kazuma receiving a payment of coupons for the Succubus Cafe accordingly accompanies Dust to the inn at which the guy who Rin had been seeing resides, where they eavesdrop from the room adjacent to the one of that guy on the conversation at the other side of the wall. They soon hear Rin ask the guy who is actually a noble confessing his unrequited love for an adventurer to reconsider, followed by the guy who comprehends how difficult it is for love between social classes begging her to get at least a sexy photo taken using his magic camera. Stopped by Kazuma from immediately going to beat up that guy, Dust while Rin takes the guy downstairs to eat and calm down breaks into that noble's room, where they find some red lacy lingerie. The enraged Dust who thinks that the guy wants to take photos of Rin wearing the lingerie thus strips naked before putting them on himself, then tells a grossed-out Kazuma to take photos of him in order to shock the guy into trauma with images of him wearing the lingerie. Soon losing themselves in the joy of photographing all manners of sexy poses, the pair ends up being seen by a shocked Rin upon her return.
Hearing from the seizaing pair what their stupid actions were all about, the exasperated Rin decides to let the noble have his way with Dust. Subsequent to her pushing Kazuma outside, Dust declares it a matter between two men in which the status of a noble means nothing, yet the noble instead expresses gratitude at having joined the Axis Order, before thanking Lady Aqua for his dream of seeing his beloved Dust posing in lingerie come true. Meanwhile, a frustrated Rin explains to the shocked Kazuma that the noble is actually in love with Dust, and had came to her for advice over what to do with his feelings. The two then decide to pretend nothing had happened after hearing Dust scream, but having remembered Darkness' identity as the noble heiress Lalatina on the way back, Rin tells Kazuma of the rumour about her imminent marriage to Aldarp, regarding which he presses her for details.
Back at the mansion where he tells the other girls of the news and makes Aqua vexed over Vanir's prediction proving accurate once again, Kazuma still skeptical of the Archdemon nevertheless decides to ask about the marriage from Darkness herself while denying that he is worried about her. Later leading the girls to outside the walls of the Dustiness manor subsequent to nightfall, he has Aqua buff him with Powered, Speed Gain, Resist Magic, and Versatile Entertainer, though he pulls the goddess' cheeks for the final Support Magic which only grants him the abilities of a gifted performer, before sending the girls back and sneaking inside the manor.
Inside the huge manor where looking for Darkness' room will prove difficult, Kazuma successfully hides from a guard named Norris who had heard the noise of his entry and brought his colleague along to investigate. As Kazuma sees the guards heading towards the kitchen for a midnight snack, he ponders impersonating one of them in order to instruct the kitchen to have food sent to Darkness' room, then while fretting over the hurdle of mimicking the guards' voices, tries using the Versatile Entertainer Aqua had cast on him, which allows him to speak in the voices of people like Norris. Excitedly entertaining himself by saying words of love and admiration for him using the voices of women he knows, Kazuma making a note for apologising to Aqua afterwards returns to seeking Darkness.
Soon afterwards, Darkness in her bedroom is woken by a maid delivering the midnight snack that Norris had ordered for her, then subsequent to sending it away because she hadn't ordered it, hears Norris voice from outside the door reporting about Kazuma attempting to pay a visit. Darkness though refuses to see her former party member, even when Kazuma threatens to tell the people at the Guild of her embarrassing secrets, since she won't be showing up at the Guild anymore. Her attitude changes though once hearing of Kazuma telling the household staff how she had worried about her ripped abs, imagined herself in adorable dresses, and nightly vents by herself the pent-up sexual desire in her sexy virgin body.
The embarrassed Darkness frantically throws open the door, only to be shocked at seeing that it is Kazuma standing outside the door, before he leaps into her room. Covering Darkness' mouth and forcing her onto the bed, Kazuma is about to inquire regarding her quitting the party, when he realises how the current situation looks like he is about to enact a night raid on Darkness, who closes her eyes in submission. Yet as soon as the embarrassed Kazuma lets go of her mouth, Darkness yells that there is an intruder in her room, to Kazuma's frustrated shock. Frantically shutting the triumphant heiress' mouth while guards rush to the bedroom door, he uses her voice to tell the guards who are about to enter how she was simply playing intense adult games by herself and is now in an indecent state. Next screaming in pain courtesy of the infuriated Darkness squeezing his wrist, Kazuma claims that she had forgotten to turn off her disreputable magical toy, making the shocked guards shyly excuse themselves. Kazuma later points out how contrary to her bemoaning, Darkness is actually anticipating being called a perverted heiress by the guards.
He then hears Darkness explain that her household had borrowed money from Anoarp, which she now needs to repay by marrying the governor. Although Darkness tries to play it down as something common among nobles, in addition to acting excited at having the kind of perverted pig she prefers feasting on her body nonstop for days, Kazuma notices her forlorn look, as he finally comprehends why she was so intent on defeating the Kowloon Hydra with only their party instead of other adventurers who ended up diminishing their share of rewards. But when he offers to help pay off the debt, Darkness refuses out of her duty as a noble, who cannot allow a commoner she is supposed to protect paying her debts with money he doesn't have.
Darkness next places Kazuma's hand on top of her belly, and offers her body to him before the governor takes it all, only to have him blurt out how ripped her abs are. Then infuriated Darkness accordingly begins to beat him up, then at Kazuma further mimicking her voice to claim nakedness when alarmed guards once again gather at the door, shuts him up and permits the guards in. Kazuma though blinds the guards with a combination of Create Earth and Wind Breath before Lurking away, then while sneaking through the mansion corridors from the embarrassingly enraged Darkness and the guards, considers the heiress who screams about giving him ten strong punches at the least beyond reasoning, and so runs into a random room hoping to find a way out.
Once inside, however, Kazuma instead discovers an emaciated Ignis sitting on a bed, before the lord upon recognising him expresses joy at Darkness having a great party member, whose goal he quickly deduces. After chuckling over the news of the recently depressed Darkness now in a fit of rage, Ignis as Kazuma inquires about the inconceivable debt surprisingly asks him to elope with Darkness, even if she is currently trying to kill him.
Kazuma subsequently offers to have Aqua take a look at Ignis' illness, only to be told that Archpriests' Healing Magic don't work on illnesses nor can they Resurrect those who die of it. The frenzied Darkness accordingly bursts in with the guards, and argues with Kazuma over him embarrassing her and her stubbornly taking on the debt. Finally having enough, Kazuma dashes towards the window while yelling taunts at Darkness, but instead awkwardly falls out since the window is too sturdy to outright break, over which Darkness taunts him in return. Yelling as he scales the fence out about how he won't save Darkness unless she comes begging in tears, the injured Kazuma manages to stumble back to his mansion where the others are sleeping, before tearfully begging for Aqua's Healing.
