Liches (リッチー) are High-Ranked Undead, also known as the "No Life King." They usually were powerful Arch Wizards who became even more powerful after becoming a Lich.

Appearance

Liches usually look like Skeletons, although Liches who kept feeding or are recently-transformed keep their human appearance.

Overview

Once Arch Wizards who had mastered the limits of magic, Liches have abandoned their natural bodies through arcane rituals, becoming Kings of the Undead. While most Liches used to be human, it is also possible for other races to become Liches.

Despite their power and immortality, Liches can be harmed by holy water and the Holy Magic of priests, being vulnerable to powerful Purification Magic.

Abilities

• Hand of the Immortal King: Gives random debuffs on target with a physical touch or attacks with hostile intent. These include Level Drain, Curse, Sleep, Magic Seal, Panic, Petrification, and Instant Death.
• Drain Touch: Absorbs MP and HP from a target, which in turn can be transferred to somebody else.
• Physical Resistance: Only physical attacks from magic weapons can damage Liches.
• Magic Resistance: Liches have high resistance against magical attacks.
• Necromancy: Liches can command the ghosts and reanimate deceased creatures to serve as allies.

• Liches' hair and nails are valuable magic items since they are full of Magical Power.
• Liches have a rivalry with Vampires over who are the Kings of Undead.
• Wiz didn’t become a skeleton after she became a Lich because she kept eating, suggesting that Liches can retain their flesh that way.
• Liches are the only undead who can cast magic alongside Vampires and Wight Kings.
