A Return in this Everyday Life! (この日常に帰りを！, Kono Nichijō ni Kaeri wo!) is the twenty-ninth chapter of the KonoSuba Nichijou manga series.
Summary[]
Kazuma's party attends a dinner meeting with the princess after she wrote a letter requesting to see Kazuma, which results in the princess who becomes impressed with his adventure stories dragging Kazuma with her as she gets Teleported back to the Royal Castle, leaving his astonished party members behind. Megumin next starts panicking at Kazuma's kidnapping and wants to call the police, while Darkness and Aqua try to calm her down, assuring her how Kazuma will quickly return after telling his adventure stories.
Three days later, Kazuma still shows no signs of returning, much to Megumin's dismay and Darkness' embarrassment, but Aqua claims to be more concerned with surpassing Kazuma's record on the Game Girl Color. Megumin thus points out the fact of Aqua actually being so worried that she couldn't sleep at night, though while Aqua expresses her denial, Darkness mentally ponders how Megumin must also have been sleepless to know about it. Darkness on the other hand is worried if Kazuma will tell Iris something unspeakable in his adventure stories or do something disrespectful.
When six days have passed, Megumin roars about Kazuma still not returning, making the three girls contemplate the high possibility of him having done something problematic. They then suspect that Kazuma had decided to stay so he can live in a castle, enjoy delicious gourmet, and be served by maids. As a result, the three girls for different reasons all agree on heading out to bring Kazuma back, making him feel a sudden chill to Iris' puzzlement.
