Explosion Magic in this Everyday Life! (この日常に爆裂魔法を！, Kono Nichijō ni Bakuretsu Mahō wo!) is the third chapter of the Konosuba Nichijou manga series.
Summary[]
At the abandoned castle close to Axel, Beldia the Devil King's General is spending a peaceful morning with little birds, when they are all scared away by a sudden Explosion on the castle, which repeats day after day. Surprised that somebody in the town of beginners can wield Explosion Magic as he orders his Undead Knights to repair the damage, Beldia is unable to identify who the culprit is.
Following noisy Explosions day after day that damage part after part of the castle, Beldia who finally cannot take it furiously heads to Axel in search of the culprit. There he discovers that the culprit is an Arch Wizard with a weird name, and the Herald Death he casts on her ends up hitting her perverted Crusader companion. Returning to the castle in triumph as he awaits them coming to make him release the curse, unaware that it had already been broken, Beldia is shocked when the culprit, this time with a different companion in tow, continues to pummel the castle daily with Explosions.
Seven days later, Beldia who is agitated with the repair work unable to catch up with the damage is further incensed at the culprit continuing her harassment while totally ignoring the curse that should have already killed her companion. Therefore, while the culprit's party is at the time busy with a caged companion and pestered by a narcissist, Beldia orders his army to march on Axel in what should be a slaughter of adventurers.
It however turns out to see him hit by exeptionally powerful purifying magic, followed by being enveloped in a flood and having his head kicked around before finally purified. The culprit afterwards launches Explosion at the empty castle with renewed vigour.
