The Underground Sewers (

Constructed centuries ago when Axel and the settlement at the Neighbourhood Ruins were first built, it is still functional at the time of the story, though its administration has fallen into the hands of some noble in Axel. Situated in its depths is a storeroom, where ancient replacement parts for pipe repair are still kept.
At some point before Kazuma's party visited the place, the Giant Toads that had previously inhabited the ruins above ground began migrating into the sewers en masse.
