Vampires (ヴァンパイア) are high-ranked undead.
Appearance[]
Vampires generally look like people with pale white skin, blood red eyes and sharp fangs.
Overview[]
Vampires are undeads who are known for sucking blood as well as a bloated ego and an inability to walk under the sun.[1] In the undead ranking, they are above dullahans and below liches.
Abilities[]
- Hypnotic Gaze: Hypnotises the victim by staring into their eyes.
- Drain Touch: Absorbs strength and stamina from a target, which in turn can be transferred to somebody else.
- Undead Creation: If a vampire sucks someone's blood, they will become an undead. The person usually becomes a Ghoul, but if they never performed sexual acts, they become a Lesser Vampire.

Trivia[]
- Vampires have a rivalry with Liches over who are the King of the Undead.[1]
- Since vampires command the wolves, they treat werewolves as minions.[3]
- In Natsume Akatsuki's manga Kemono Michi, vampires are divided in three classes (Ancestor, Elder and Lesser), with two of them appearing in KonoSuba series (Lesser and Ancestor).
- Vampires are the only undead who can cast magic alongside Liches and Wight Kings.[4]
